Well something tragic happened today. I got an alert on my phone from our LGD that is supposed to be protecting the sheep. She got out of the pasture and was in our yard! Update on the grow lights and seedlings and I also purchased a new DJI Spark drone.

Our Anatolian Shepherd is out livestock guard dog that protects our Spanish Goat herd. We just started having a problem with her jumping our 48" field fence daily. This is very bad for a LGD if she isn't in with our goat herd, then she cant protect them from predators. I put a shock collar on her for now to see if I can train her. We also ordered an electric fence charger and wire to setup on top of the fence. Our Anatolian LGD Daisy kept a pack of stray dogs away from our herd of goats. I was lucky enough to catch it on camera. I also let a set of newborn twins and their mom out of the barn to play in the big pasture with other baby goats. The baby goats keep jumping and playing on our Great Pyreneese. Great white beast spotted in Winter storm. Update on our sick Great Pyrenees LGD. He woke up this morning playing in the snow and running. He's been down with a limp and had slight fever. Vet prescribed antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory. He has already made a huge improvement. Tried doing what our subscribers said to do and use a piece of sliced cheese to give the dog pills. Treating our sick dog that was diagnosed with a tick born illness. Our LGD was diagnosed with Ehrlichia. Ehrlichia is a tick borne disease that is carried by ticks. Our dog tested positive so he must take 21 days of antibiotics to be able to recover from this illness.
